<p>The Department has not issued any guidance to National Health Service trusts or the ambulance service for responding to correspondence from hon. Members. The Code of Conduct for NHS Managers sets out the core standards of conduct expected of NHS managers and includes their responsibility to answer to Parliament, Ministers and the Department.</p>
