The UK remains committed to ensuring developing countries can reduce poverty through enhanced trading opportunities. The Government’s priority is to deliver continuity in our trading arrangements, including with developing countries. We will seek to transition existing Economic Partnership Agreements with African, and also Pacific and Caribbean, countries and regions. The 2018 Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting in London will encourage all members to uphold these values</p><p>As the Prime Minister set out in September, the key goals of the summit will include promoting democracy and boosting prosperity across the Commonwealth, including in low and middle-income countries. If a passenger does not fly, no tax is due. If the airline has specified the cost of the tax within its pricing, any refunds will be covered by the terms and conditions attached to the sale.
