answer text <p>Police Information Notices (PINs) are an operational tool used by some police forces in England and Wales. Their use is the responsibility of the police and the issuing of guidance about them is the responsibility of the College of Policing. Information on their use is not collected centrally. The issuance of Police Information Notices (PINs) is an operational matter for police forces. Responsibility for the publication of information relating to PINs rests with Chief Constables.</p><p> </p><p>Following this year’s joint inspection by Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire &amp; Rescue Service and Her Majesty’s Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) Inspectorate which recommended the police cease use of PINs, we have been working with the National Policing Lead and the College of Policing on next steps on the use of PINs. The Home Secretary also chaired a National Oversight Group to ensure the inspection’s findings are acted upon.</p> more like this

answer text <p><strong> </strong></p><p>After we leave the EU, the UK will remain committed to protecting the interests of its Overseas Territories (UKOTs). The two most relevant Regional Fisheries Management Organisations (RFMOs) are the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT) and the Indian Ocean Tuna Commission (IOTC), which cover fisheries in the Atlantic and Indian oceans. The UKOTs have their own seats in these RFMOs. EU vessels do not have access to fish in the Exclusive Economic Zone of any Overseas Territory.</p> more like this

Cultural exchanges between France and the UK are flourishing, and we want to ensure they continue to do so. Individual loans are a matter for the relevant institutions, but I shall certainly register with my French counterpart the willingness of UK museums to host the Tapestry, should a suitable opportunity arise.</p> more like this

answer text <p>We have listened to concerns from Local Authorities and have announced that from April 2018 any new claims for Universal Credit for Claimants in Temporary Accommodation will have their housing costs met through Housing Benefit. This includes all temporary accommodation, not just Emergency Temporary Accommodation. Existing claimants in Temporary Accommodation on Universal Credit will also move to Housing Benefit.</p><p> </p><p>This measure is expected to help Local Authorities, who currently see a significant funding shortage when they are placing people into Temporary and emergency accommodation in Universal Credit Full Service areas.</p> more like this
