However, during the 2016/17 tax year approximately 590m payments to individuals were reported via RTI. 5.7% of those were reported late. However, the primary responsibility for unaccompanied children in France lies with the French authorities.</p><p> </p><p>In Autumn last year, the French Government requested the support of the UK Government for its clearance of the Calais camp. As part of our comprehensive support for the camp clearance we transferred more than 750 children to the UK directly from France. The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI), which is the expert committee that advises the Government on vaccination and immunisation, has requested further research to reduce the uncertainty and provide a greater level of confidence on whether a vaccination programme for adolescents would be cost effective.</p><p> </p><p>Specifically, the JCVI have requested a study of the effect of MenB vaccination on the carriage of meningococcal strains in adolescents. We are clear, from discussions with other Member States, that any schemes to transfer unaccompanied should not act as a draw. However, a very small number of data quality issues create discrepancies and these can have an effect on an individual’s tax and benefits position. The diabetes transformation dashboard will pull together data from a number of sources to enable short-term indicators of effectiveness, as well as long-term outcomes to be monitored.</p><p> </p><p>NHS England developed a Best Possible Value framework to inform the allocation of funding to clinical commissioning groups and Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships. This approach aimed to place consideration of value to populations, to patients and to taxpayers at the heart of decision-making. It aimed to identify where the potential for improvement was greatest.
