answer text <p>1,729 claimants received payments of around £50 million which were made outside the Basic Payment Scheme 2015 window which ran between 1 December 2015 and 30 June 2016. Payments made between January 2016 and June 2016 were paid within the scheme window. That is why the answer to this question is the same as the answer to Question 66880.</p><p> </p> more like this
