answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/02/2017 answer text <p>Local authorities cover the administrative cost for dealing with requests for vehicle keeper and driver licensing information held by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA).</p><p> </p><p>In the financial year 2015-16, the DVLA received <del class="ministerial">£157,329</del> <ins class="ministerial">£166,704</ins> directly from local authorities. The company has provided project and programme management, engineering and environmental expertise and resource and was the driving force behind the preparation and passage of the Phase 1 hybrid bill. This phase of their work came to an end in December 2016. There have been no fines issued for the damage of property during this time. In 201<ins class="ministerial">5</ins><del class="ministerial">4</del> a building on Diego Garcia was damaged.
