If an academy is judged to be inadequate, the Secretary of State has the power to transfer it to a stronger academy trust. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/01/2017 answer text <p>The Child Maintenance Service (CMS) does not take into account a person’s “lifestyle” in calculating a maintenance liability.</p><p> </p><p>The CMS has access to income information held by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC), allowing us to capture a much wider range of income types received by Paying Parents. The definition of income within the 2012 scheme includes almost all additional sources of gross income captured by self-assessment. The paper which NHS England’s CHD review team submitted to the Board at that time set out that:</p><p> </p><p>“We found no published evidence on the effects of proximity of other services so the proposed standards are based on expert opinion. Our clinical advisers strongly advocated co-location with other paediatric services, though they recognised that not everyone agrees. They considered that while responsiveness was one important factor, it was not the only thing that mattered. They will need to follow the Civil Aviation Authority’s airspace change process. It is through this process that communities will see and have the opportunity to comment on detailed proposals for any new flight paths.
