answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/01/2017 answer text <p>The Food Standards Agency has recently established a central register of successful food law prosecutions and has not been made aware of any such prosecutions in England.</p><p> </p><p>Monitoring food businesses to ensure compliance with food legislation is the responsibility of local authorities.
