answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/12/2014 answer text Whilst security for claimants and those returning to their land is a key concern, our 2013 Human Rights Report (released on 10 April 2014) notes that some progress has been made on the issue of land restitution. Since January 2012 there have been 64,815 registered land restitution claims. In his recent meeting with President Santos on 7 November, the Deputy Prime Minister, the right hon. Member for Sheffield Hallam (Mr Clegg), welcomed the Colombian government’s efforts to improve respect for human rights in Colombia, including through its land restitution and victims reparations processes. Our Embassy in Bogota runs several human rights projects to help improve Colombia’s land registry process, increase access to protection measures and raise awareness of the UN guiding principles on business and human rights. Officials from our Embassy also meet regularly with indigenous and Afro-Colombian communities and we also funded a project aimed at developing the role of organisations in protecting communities’ rights to the territories. Overall, the total number of FCO posts (Embassies, Consulates-General, Consulates, Multilateral Missions and Trade and Investment Offices) worldwide has risen from 257 to 267 since 2010. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/12/2014 answer text <p>The independent regulator, the Office of Rail Regulation (ORR), is responsible for overseeing and enforcing Network Rail’s obligations, including the delivery of infrastructure projects. On 20 November ORR published its assessment, in the ‘Network Rail Monitor’, of Network Rail’s performance in the first two quarters of Control Period 5 (2014-19) covering the period 1 April to 11 October 2014. ORR reported that following a period of relatively successful delivery in Control Period 4 (2009-14) Network Rail has not made the expected progress in the early stages of certain enhancement projects in Control Period 5. ORR has asked Network Rail to produce an improvement plan to demonstrate how it will change its approach to make up for these delays and will hold Network Rail to account for its delivery. Much depends on further reconciliation between the government and opposition, as well as the elections in October 2015, which must be free and fair. We, therefore, welcome the inauguration of the Independent Electoral Commission on 30 August, and the resumption of opposition participation in that Commission in November.</p><p>The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, my hon. They share a history of tolerance and peaceful coexistence. The terrorist group Boko Haram is attempting to challenge Nigeria’s secular state and democratic constitution by attacking all Nigerians who do not follow their extremist and intolerant views. Their activities do not command widespread popular support and have caused immense suffering in both Muslim and Christian communities.</p><p>The UK is helping Nigeria build its own capacity to tackle Boko Haram and stop such attacks. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/12/2014 answer text <p>This Government takes Intellectual property (IP) crime very seriously and is working closely with law enforcers and rights holders to tackle criminality, including the sale of counterfeit goods online. We recently announced an additional £3 million investment in the police IP crime unit (PIPCU), securing its future until 2017. PIPCU is an operationally independent law enforcement unit dedicated to tackling serious and organized IP crime affecting physical and digital goods.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>In addition to this, the Intellectual Property Office continues its coordinating role to ensure that industry, Government and law enforcement share intelligence, and that collaborative operations result in arrests.
