In addition, it obtains the data in the interests of public safety and to prevent the escape of lawfully detained persons from the immigration detention estate.<br><br>The figures for 2000 to 2008 represent the total number of communications data applications per year, rather than those that were <br>approved, resulting in requests for communications data being made. Some of these applications were ultimately withdrawn, rejected by the designated person or cancelled before the data was acquired from the service provider. Figures for 2009 are only available for April to December of that year. <br><br>Figures from 2010 to 2013 represent the number of communications data items that were applied for, authorised and obtained from service providers.</p><p> </p><p> </p>

answer text <p>The Government has published draft guidance which sets out what Disabled Students Allowances will fund in the 2015/16 Academic Year. Institutions have a legal duty under the Equality Act 2010 to provide reasonable adjustments.
