answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/10/2014 answer text <p>The pilot Access to Elected Office fund has approved 57 grants for 50 disabled applicants; the average value of claims from the fund has been £4,289. £88,260 was claimed in grants over 2012-14 and £156,215 has been approved for drawdown since the fund was extended from 1 July 2014. This information is routinely published in the CSA Quarterly Summary of Statistics available at: <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/child-support-agency-quarterly-summary-statistics--2" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/child-support-agency-quarterly-summary-statistics--2</a></p><p> </p><p>The change in trend can be attributed to the fact that since 25 November 2013 all new applications are now being processed by the Child Maintenance Service. We are not yet in a position to release full statistics for these cases and are therefore unable to provide the information requested. When system data becomes available and fully assured they will be released as part of a managed process, which will be pre-announced and in line with the Code of Practice for Official Statistics.</p><p> </p><p>The figures above relate to those receiving support within the statutory child maintenance schemes. Children also benefit from financial support as part of arrangements made outside the statutory schemes, including private arrangements made between the separated parents, which are known as &quot;family-based arrangements”. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/10/2014 answer text <p>The budget for the Disability Confident campaign events has come from the Disability Directorate non-staff allocation; and from contributions in kind from Disability Confident partners.</p><p> </p><p>In the Financial Year 2013-2014, £100,000 was allocated to the Disability Confident campaign events; and an estimated further £215,000 was contributed in kind by external partners.</p><p> </p><p>In the current Financial Year, around £20,000 has been spent so far on the campaign.</p><p> </p><p>The effect of this spending has to date been measured in terms of the number of employers reached directly through the events (1,100) and the reach and impact of communications via no-cost channels such as social media. For example on 18 July, the 1<sup>st</sup> anniversary of the launch of the campaign, we achieved a significant reach on Twitter (a total of 19m impressions), delivering wider awareness of the campaign and prompting partners and stakeholders to voice their support and commitment. All courts must also follow the sentencing framework and guidelines issued by the independent Sentencing Council, which apply equally to everyone. Any differences in sentencing outcomes may, therefore, occur for a number of reasons including the types of crimes committed and the seriousness of the offence.</p><p> </p><p>The Criminal Justice System Strategy &amp; Action Plan, published last summer, set out a number of commitments to promote equality including a series of Minister-led events with stakeholders to explore what more could be done. Further actions designed to promote equality are set out in an update to this plan, which was published recently. In addition, the Criminal Justice Board , which is Chaired by Minister Mike Penning and brings together senior leaders across the justice system, has discussed equality and diversity issues and regularly reviews the statistical data.</p><p> </p><p>It has not been possible to provide the exact breakdown requested, as breaking down the ‘Miscellaneous crimes against society' offence class by individual offences, ethnic appearance and sentence lengths produced numbers that were too small to disclose. The Department does not record or monitor the number of disabled former Remploy employees who are provided support in residential care.</p><p> </p><p>For all disabled former Remploy workers made redundant as a result of factory closures, the Government put in place the £8 million guaranteed People Help and Support Package (PHSP).
