answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/09/2014 answer text <p /> <p /> <p>The economy is recovering, the UK has witnessed the biggest annual drop in youth unemployment since records began and the youth claimant count has fallen for each of the past 32 months. In addition, compared to a year ago, there are 136,200 fewer young people on JSA. Added to that, the average number of vacancies available at any one time has increased by 119,000 on the year, to reach over 650,000.</p><p>Therefore, after careful consideration, at a meeting of the Growth and Enterprise Committee, we agreed to keep the same financial support and reallocate funds to focus on the hardest to help youth groups who are still finding it difficult to take up vacancies. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/09/2014 answer text <p>All of the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) outcomes indicators are chosen on the basis that they contribute to the overarching aims of the five domains in the NHS Outcomes Framework.</p><p> </p><p>The indicators are developed through three routes:</p><p> </p><p>- The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence makes recommendations on indicators to NHS England;</p><p> </p><p>- NHS England and the Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC) also directly develop indicators; and</p><p> </p><p>- Where new indicators are introduced to the NHS Outcomes Framework, consideration is given by NHS England and the HSCIC as to whether these are measurable at CCG level.</p><p> </p><p>The CCG Outcomes Indicator Set 2014-15 includes an indicator on the proportion of adults in contact with secondary mental health services who are in paid employment. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/09/2014 answer text <p>Under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, the employer, either the local authority or the school, has clear responsibilities to manage asbestos containing materials in schools safely. We expect schools to have an asbestos management plan in place and to manage it actively in line with legal requirements.</p><p> </p><p>The Department for Education takes the issue of asbestos management in schools very seriously. Our policy, as in other aspects of school management, is to give schools the support that they need to fulfil their responsibilities effectively.</p><p> </p><p>The Department has set up the Asbestos in Schools Steering Group to raise awareness and promote the effective management of asbestos in schools.
