answer text <p>The Government has no plans to explore the possibility of electronic voting in elections for members of the armed forces posted overseas.</p><p>The Government has extended the electoral timetable for UK Parliamentary elections from 17 to 25 working days which will allow postal votes to be issued sooner and facilitate postal voting being viable for electors who are living overseas, including members of the armed forces.</p><p> </p> more like this

The length of each investigation will be influenced by the circumstances of the specific case. In some instances convictions can only be delivered through months of proactive intelligence gathering and community engagement. The Secretary of State will consider a range of factors including:</p><p>1. the degree of public investment in the land and the degree of any enhancement to the value attributable to that investment;</p><p>2. the degree of private investment in the land and the degree of any enhancement to the value attributable to that investment;</p><p>3. the length of time that the land has been in public use;</p><p>4. the value of the land at the date of determination.</p><p> </p><p>Information about the number of academies where land has been transferred from a governing body to an academy trust is not held centrally and could be compiled only at disproportionate cost.</p><p> </p>
