The definition and guidance has been <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/official-definition-of-an-xl-bully-dog" target="_blank">published</a> on Gov.uk to help owners and enforcement officers understand whether a dog should be defined as an XL Bully. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/11/2023 answer text <p>The Home Secretary’s written statement of 17 May 2023 announced a ban on new licences for animal testing of chemicals used exclusively as cosmetics ingredients, carried out under chemicals (REACH) regulations for the purpose of worker and environmental safety.</p><p>The Home Office has completed its review of existing ‘legacy’ licences and has engaged with the relevant companies. This includes expanding the number of Incentivised Substance-Free Living Units where prisoners commit to remaining free of illicit drugs, with regular drug testing and incentives. We now have over 60 of these wings across the estate, and are aiming to reach up to 100 by March 2025. This will dramatically expand the number of prisoners who have access to these wings.
