answer text <p>There is a range of HR information which is publicly available on GOV.UK.</p><p>In addition, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) meets regularly with recognised Trade Unions to present and share information and data where it is appropriate and in line with privacy statements. This helps inform decision making through formal negotiation and meaningful consultation and engagement.</p><p>DWP is therefore complying with section 181 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 and we always seek to work constructively with trade unions to reach fair and reasonable settlements.</p> more like this

answer text <p>NHS England is working closely with Greater Manchester to maximise the opportunities of devolution in respect of access to, and outcomes of, hepatitis C services. NHS England will continue to work in support of Greater Manchester’s ambition to be the first city to eliminate hepatitis C in the context of NHS England’s own plan to secure a long term industry deal for the early elimination of hepatitis C as a public health threat. Dedicated funds for hepatitis C services were not delegated to Greater Manchester under the 2016 Health and Social Care Devolution Agreement.</p> more like this
