answer text <p>The Ministry of Justice does not collect data on the number of deprivation of liberty orders in relation to individuals in care who were under 16 years old.</p><p>Applications for deprivation of liberty orders can be made by local authorities when they need to accommodate a child in a non-secure placement. Cafcass – the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service – collect the data on these applications from local authorities and 164 deprivation of liberty applications were made in the period 1 July – 31 October 2021.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The Department launched an open tender process on 7 July 2021 to appoint a provider to deliver the Health Incentives pilot. The tender was open for 40 days, closing on 16 August. Bidders were notified of the tender outcome on 27 September and the contract was awarded on 8 October, following a 10-day standstill period.</p><p>Bids were assessed against the <em>Selection, Award and Evaluation Guidance</em> for the quality, price and social value of their bid. A copy of the Guidance is attached. Quality, price, and social value were weighted and scored individually for each bid before being combined into a consolidated score. In line with the open procurement procedure, the contract was awarded to HeadUp Systems Ltd as the bidder with the highest consolidated score.</p> more like this

answer text <p>We have contracted HeadUp Systems limited to deliver the pilot. The Department is the Data Controller for the pilot. Data will be accessed by HeadUp Systems Limited, who, as the Data Processor, will collect data on the Department’s behalf for the purposes of delivering the Health Incentives pilot programme and by the Behavioural Insights Team for monitoring and evaluation of the pilot’s findings. All data will be collected, stored, shared and used in alignment with all applicable law regarding the processing of personal data, privacy, and security standards, including the United Kingdom Data Protection Act and UK General Data Protection Regulation.</p><p>The type of data that will be collected is currently being finalised.</p><p>Full data collection and processing requirements will be shared with potential pilot users as part of the sign-up process and consent to take part in the pilot is voluntary. HeadUp Systems will retain any data collected and/or processed for the purposes of the pilot programme for the duration of the contract and must destroy the data by the end of the contract.</p>

answer text <p>On 8<sup>th</sup> October, my Rt. hon Friend the Secretary of State for International Trade and my hon Friend the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State, the Minister for International Trade, met with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretary General H.E. Dr. Nayef Falah M. Al-Hajraf and the GCC Chief Negotiator H.E. Abdulrahman Al Harbi. The Bahraini Commerce Minister H.E. Zayed bin Rashid Alzayani joined by telephone, to represent Bahrain as the current holder of the GCC presidency.</p><p> </p><p>The meeting focused on British and the GCC ambition to launch Free Trade Agreement negotiations in 2022. Both sides welcomed HM Government’s launch of a public consultation, to seek views from consumers, businesses and civil society, to help us craft a deal that levels up our nation.</p> more like this
