answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 31/10/2019 answer text <p>When we leave the EU, all EU equality law which has already been transposed into the domestic statute book and consolidated into the Equality Act 2010 will be preserved as EU-derived domestic legislation under the EU (Withdrawal) Act 2018. The Government is committed to retain all the protections in the Equality Act 2010 and equivalent legislation in Northern Ireland. The reason the tables are split is due to NHS revenue expenditure not being directly comparable across the time period from 1999-00 to 2013-14. The percentage of primary healthcare expenditure when compared to total NHS expenditure is shown in the last column.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The 2014-15 final outturn data is not yet available.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Table 1 shows years 1999-00 to 2007-08.
