In July 2016 we published a summary of responses, and in February 2017 we published our Next Steps document which outlined our proposals following the consultation responses. The Foreign Secretary has discussed the situation with the Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia and Crown Prince Mohamed bin Salman several times in recent weeks, most recently with the Crown Prince on 19 December. We welcome the Coalition's announcement on 20 December that Hodeidah port will reopen for both humanitarian and commercial supplies, including fuel and food. On 20 December, the Prime Minister discussed this announcement with King Salman and Crown Prince Mohamed bin Salman. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/12/2017 answer text <p>Great Western Railway has told the Department that the quality of on-board wifi available on the new Intercity Express Trains (IET) currently being introduced into service, including on services to and from South Wales, is higher than what could be achieved with the older High Speed Trains.</p><p> </p><p>The Department also published a consultation about the Great Western (GW) rail franchise, on 29 November, inviting people’s views on future priorities for improvement. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/12/2017 answer text <p>NHS England collects monthly data on the number of referrals made by general practitioners to memory assessment services for people with neurologically degenerative conditions such as dementia. In November 2017, we know that 2,892 referrals were made to mental health services specifically memory services.</p><p> </p><p>People with degenerative illness can access psychological treatments for anxiety and depression which are available through local Improving Access to Psychological Treatment (IAPT) services. The Government recognises there is a need to better integrate mental and physical health services and has committed to delivering the recommendations in the Five Year Forward View for Mental Health for an additional 600,000 people to have access to integrated evidence-based psychological therapies each year by 2020/21.</p><p> </p><p>The expansion of IAPT services will be through IAPT –LTC (Long Term Conditions) services that are integrated into physical healthcare pathways, supporting people with comorbid physical and mental health conditions. The IAPT-LTC services will aim to ensure people with long-term physical health problems have the same access to the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence-recommended psychological therapies as other people and commissioners will be expected to have clear access criteria for IAPT-LTC services that are agreed with all relevant services. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/12/2017 answer text <p>The European Union's Fourth Anti Money Laundering Directive (4MLD) was implemented into UK legislation by 'The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017', which came in to force on 26 June 2017. Digital currency exchanges are not regulated for the purposes of 4MLD, so there is no requirement to undertake Customer Due Diligence for trade and investment in digital currencies at present.</p><p> </p><p>The government has however committed to bringing digital currencies into the scope of anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing (AML/CTF) regulation. Provisional political agreement has recently been reached at EU-level to amend 4MLD to bring digital currency exchange platforms and custodian wallet providers into the AML/CTF regime.</p><p> </p><p>These amendments will require Member States to oblige these entities to conduct customer due diligence when establishing a business relationship, when carrying out occasional transactions of €15,000 or more, when carrying out a transfer of funds exceeding €1,000, where there is a suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing, and when there are doubts about the veracity or adequacy of previously obtained customer identification data.</p> answering member constituency North East Cambridgeshire answering member printed Stephen Barclay question first answered 21/12/2017 11:51:14 answering member 4095 label Biography information for Steve Barclay
