The Government has discussed these with the Electoral Commission.</p><p>On 5th May 2019, the Government announced it will consult on safeguarding UK elections. This analysis will be reflected in the updated Impact Assessment accompanying our formal response to this consultation. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/05/2019 answer text <p>The Government will take into account all factors that need to be considered in regulating the sale of the most polluting fuels. This includes the types of emissions from different fuels, the air quality benefits, and the impacts on business and households of switching to cleaner fuels.</p><p> </p><p>Our assessments of emissions of pollutants from domestic combustion sources use a range of data but are based on established international reporting. The range of fuels and appliances used in the UK is large and emissions from each combination vary greatly depending on how the appliance is operated. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/05/2019 answer text <p>The Department does not directly collect data about numbers of people who have been abused and we do not collect data on convictions as a result of that abuse. However, we do monitor Section 42 enquiries and the outcome of these enquiries, which are about local authorities establishing whether an adult in their area:</p><p>- has needs for care and support (whether or not the authority is meeting any of those needs);</p><p>- is experiencing, or is at risk of, abuse or neglect; and</p><p>- as a result of those needs is unable to protect himself or herself against the abuse or neglect or the risk of it.</p><p>Section 42 of the Care Act 2014 also requires councils to determine whether any action needs to be taken as a result of their enquiries.</p><p>The total number of Section 42 enquiries that commenced under the Care Act during 2017-18 fell by 1.1% to 131,860 compared to 2016-17.</p> answering member constituency Gosport answering member printed Caroline Dinenage question first answered 16/05/2019 13:35:57 answering member 4008 label Biography information for Dame Caroline Dinenage
