In terms of tax returns we do ask Paying Parents that we believe are overseas for their tax status and details of tax payments. The Department has no powers to compel if a response is not received. This behaviour is far from the high standards we usually see and expect of the Army at any time</p><p> </p><p>The Army has quick to launch a full investigation by the Royal Military Police. The findings of this investigation will inform next steps and appropriate action will be taken.</p><p> </p><p>The Defence Operational Shooting Policy specifies which types of targets are to be used during live fire training. Ofsted inspectors will expect schools to have clear and effective behaviour policies that promote high standards of behaviour and are applied consistently and fairly. In reaching a judgement on pupils’ personal development, behaviour and welfare, inspectors will take account of a range of information, including schools’ use of internal isolation.</p><p> </p><p>The Department does not collect or record information about schools’ use of internal isolation. The Department expects schools to develop their own policies and strategies for managing disruptive behaviour, according to their particular circumstances. To help schools develop effective strategies, the Department has produced advice for schools which covers what should be included in their behaviour policy. If a school uses isolation rooms as a disciplinary penalty, this should be made clear in their behaviour policy. As with other disciplinary penalties, schools must act lawfully, reasonably and proportionately in all cases, and must take account of any special education needs or disabilities pupils placed in isolation may have. This followed a request to me from the FCA Chair, Charles Randell, to launch such an investigation.</p><p> </p><p>The investigation will be led by an independent person appointed by the FCA, with the approval of HM Treasury. We do not therefore anticipate a need for additional resources for these bodies in fulfilling their remit in the UK.</p><p> </p><p>International co-operation is essential to control the spread of these species. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/04/2019 answer text <p>The Invasive Non-Native Species (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (2019 No 233), which will come into force on exit day, will make the EU Invasive Alien Species Regulation operable. It will ensure that the strict protections that are in place for these species are maintained when we leave the EU. The Invasive Alien Species (Enforcement and Permitting) Order (2019 No 527) ensures that this retained EU Regulation is effectively enforced.</p><p> </p><p>As required by the EU Regulation, we have carried out a comprehensive analysis of the pathways of introduction and spread of invasive alien species and prioritised ten potential pathways.</p><p> </p><p>We will also be carrying out a comprehensive horizon scanning exercise later this year to identify invasive species that pose a risk of invading the UK and causing significant harm.
