answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/02/2015 answer text <p>Ministers and Department officials have already had discussions with Network Rail regarding the February West Coast Mainline possessions in the light of recent disruption on the Chiltern line.</p><p> </p><p>So that a direct passenger route can be provided between the West Midlands and London, Network Rail have taken a decision to defer the West Coast Mainline possessions that were planned for the weekends of 14 and 21 February.
