answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/01/2019 answer text <p>The recommendations made in the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society’s report, Emotional Health and Well-being Matters, are aimed at a number of different bodies and Government to improve the monitoring and measuring of mental health in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and juvenile idiopathic arthritis and to improve access to services.</p><p> </p><p>The Government recognises that long-term conditions, such as arthritis, can have an impact on a person’s mental wellbeing. The guideline Rheumatoid arthritis in adults: management, updated by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) in 2018, sets out best practice in the diagnosis, treatment, care and support of people with rheumatoid arthritis. The guidance recommends that patients should be offered psychological interventions, for example, relaxation, stress management and cognitive coping skills to help them to adjust to living with their condition.</p><p> </p><p>We expect National Health Service organisations and clinicians to take NICE guidelines into account fully as best practice, alongside the individual needs, preferences and values of their patients. This set out measures to strengthen protections around gaming machines, including cutting the maximum stake on B2 machines from £100 to £2, and on online gambling and gambling advertising. It also set out action on treatment and support for those who experience harm, including initiatives to improve the evidence on treatment needs and effectiveness, expand access to existing services and strengthen the voluntary system for funding support. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/12/2018 answer text <p>The EU Settlement Scheme for which Appendix EU to the Immigration Rules provides reflects the breadth of provision made by the Free Movement Directive for rights of residence. These include rights of permanent residence with less than five years’ continuous residence in particular circumstances, and retained rights of residence where particular criteria are met. In line with the draft Withdrawal Agreement with the European Union, these are reflected in the requirements for eligibility for status under the scheme contained in Appendix EU.</p><p>The draft Withdrawal Agreement does not protect those who are not exercising or are misusing free movement rights.
