We do know from our Ending Gang Violence and Exploitation local area reviews that some areas and police forces collect information local-ly on gang members but this is operational information which is locally held.</p><p>Our Serious Violence Strategy sets out our analysis of recent increases in violent crime and shows that increases in serious have been accompanied by a shift towards younger victims and perpetrators.</p><p>Our analysis also looks at the evidence of the key risk factors (e.g. school ab-sence, peer pressure etc.) which may mean a young person has a greater propensity to get involved in crime than would otherwise be the case. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/10/2018 answer text <p>No criminal charges can be brought for any offence unless they satisfy the two stage test contained in the Code for Crown Prosecutors: there must be sufficient evidence to provide a realistic prospect of conviction and a prosecution must be in the public interest.</p><p>Where a child is awaiting a National Referral Mechanism (NRM) decision, a prosecutor may at that stage decide not to bring a prosecution if there is other independent evidence of their trafficked status and if the offence is not so serious as to require a prosecution. If there is no other independent evidence of their trafficked status, the prosecutor will await the NRM decision and re-review the evidence in light of the decision. Their metering programmes inform business plans that must be approved by Ofwat. Water companies need to show broad customer support for metering programmes and set out clearly how they will mitigate the impacts on customer bills.</p><p> </p><p>All water companies offer social tariffs to help customers.
