question text To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, with reference to the Answer of 7 September 2017 to Question 7517, what her policy is on (a) suppliers of substances listed in Part 3 of Schedule 1A to the Poisons Act 1972 being required to report a relevant transaction only if they have reasonable grounds to suspect that it is intended for the illicit manufacture of explosives and (b) suppliers of such substances being required to additionally report a relevant transaction if they have reasonable grounds to suspect that it is intended for other illicit uses. more like this

answer text <p>We will support Community Safety Partnerships. As part of our action plan to tackle the use of acid and other corrosives in violent attacks we are working with a range of partners, including the police and retailers to restrict access to the most harmful corrosive products. We are developing a set of voluntary commitments for individual retailers to adopt and are currently discussing the commitments with the British Retail Consortium.</p> more like this
