<p><strong>The Government is consulting on reforms to the Civil Service Compensation Scheme to deliver a scheme that is fair to Civil Servants and taxpayers. We are currently holding discussions with Trade Unions with the aim of reaching an agreement on reforms. We will respond to the consultation in due course.</strong></p>
