Officials at HMT have advised that in January 2017, the FCA fined Deutsche Bank £163 million, its largest ever financial penalty for AML failings.</p><p> </p><p>All FCA fines levied against businesses are published online. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/03/2018 answer text <p>The Government values the strong collaborative partnerships that we have across the European Union in the areas of science, research and innovation, and as part of exit negotiations is working to ensure that we have the best possible environment in which to support the United Kingdom medical research sector and patient access to cross-border clinical trials after we leave the EU.</p><p> </p><p>In the UK, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, Health Research Authority, ethics services, National Institute for Health Research and the National Health Service have been working towards implementation of the new European Clinical Trials Regulation (CTR) since it was agreed in 2014. The application date of the CTR across the EU is yet to be set by the European Commission, but is expected to be in early 2020.</p><p> </p><p>Whatever the outcome of the UK’s EU exit negotiations, the current regulatory approval legislation will stay in place until such time as any changes are needed, so there will be no interruption in UK clinical trials approval. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/03/2018 answer text <p>Government is committed to ensuring that victims of crime have access to the support services they need to help them cope with and, as far as possible, recover from the effects.</p><p>This year, the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is providing £12.5m funding for services for victims and survivors of sexual violence. This includes £7m funding for victims of child sexual abuse (CSA). In Northumbria, MoJ is providing £265,870 (including £60,000 CSA uplift) to four rape support centres, and a further £116,423 has been delegated to the Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) to spend on service for victims of child sexual abuse (CSA).</p><p>Overall, MoJ is spending £96m this year to fund support services for victims of crime. Around £68m of this has been allocated to PCCs to locally commission or provide support services for victims of crime. The accommodation contracts set out who may share a room, which includes allowing room sharing for couples, unrelated adults of the same sex and related children depending on their genders and ages.
