Good mental health is central to this aim.</p><p>The Department is making Relationships Education compulsory in all primary schools, Relationships and Sex Education compulsory in all secondary schools and Health Education compulsory in all state-funded schools. A consultation has been launched on the draft guidance and regulations which closes on the 7 November, and is available to view here: <a href="https://consult.education.gov.uk/pshe/relationships-education-rse-health-education" target="_blank">https://consult.education.gov.uk/pshe/relationships-education-rse-health-education</a>.</p><p>The draft statutory guidance sets out the core content that primary and secondary schools will teach.</p><p>The guidance and regulations were informed by a thorough engagement process. The public call for evidence received over 23,000 responses from parents, young people and schools. The Department has also consulted 90 organisations representing a broad range of views. A summary of the call for evidence has been published alongside the consultation. Schools will be required to start teaching the subjects from September 2020. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/09/2018 answer text <p>Whilst users are able to apply for some vacancies directly through Find a job, other adverts require jobseekers to click through to an off site advert or apply via telephone.</p><p> </p><p>To date, the Find a job service has seen over 526,000 jobseekers sign up for verified accounts, making over 42.8 million searches and 2.25 million on-site applications. There are currently over 169,000 vacancies live on the site.</p><p> </p><p>We are unable to estimate the number of vacancies filled as a result of the Find a job website since its launch in May 2018 as jobseekers and employers have no obligation to tell us of any outcome. This is consistent with other job sites.</p><p> </p><p>Additionally vacancies on Find a job are often advertised on a number of job sites. The matter of hosting the 2030 FIFA World Cup is a question for the home nations’ football associations to first consider. The Football Association announced on 1<sup>st</sup> August that they would be carrying out a feasibility study on the merits of such a bid. Foreign and Commonwealth Office officials in India have been in touch with the Indian Government and Kerala State Government, and continue to closely follow events in the region. Consular officials helped 77 British Nationals in difficulty. All initial teacher training (ITT) partnerships in Coventry and the West Midlands were judged to be either good or outstanding at their most recent Ofsted inspection. Across England, 99% of ITT partnerships were judged to be either good or outstanding at their most recent Ofsted inspection.</p><p>The latest newly qualified teacher (NQT) survey report was published on 5 September 2018. NQTs were largely positive about the quality of their ITT – 81% rated overall quality as 7-10 out of 10. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/09/2018 answer text <p>NHS England is working with local clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) and providers in Coventry and the wider West Midlands to improve services and reduce waiting times, looking at how the New Care Models, set out in the Five Year Forward View for Mental Health can bring benefits for the local population.</p><p> </p><p>Coventry and Rugby CCG is working to reduce the number of children requiring treatment for urgent mental health conditions at University Hospital Coventry. The CCG has commissioned an Acute Liaison Team that works to undertake an assessment within a maximum of 48 hours when young people present with self-harm or mental health crises. The CCG is engaging with partner agencies to review pathways across agencies for children in crisis and to commission more preventative services.</p><p> </p><p>The Government is committed to transforming children and young people’s mental health services, making available an additional £1.4 billion for mental health services for children and young people by 2019/20. Improving provision of children and young people’s urgent and emergency mental health care is a priority for NHS England as part of this wider transformation of mental health support. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/09/2018 answer text <p>The Department works with the Department for Exiting the European Union (DExEU) and the Home Office to ensure educational workforce supply needs are considered as the UK leaves the EU and moves to a new migration framework.</p><p> </p><p>The Government has commissioned the Migration Advisory Committee (MAC) to provide independent advice, due in September, to help develop a future immigration system. The Department welcomed their interim report in March and the contribution it makes to the immigration debate. Their analysis is incomplete and it would be wrong to pre-empt their final report. The Government will take account of the MAC’s advice when making decisions about the future immigration system.</p><p> </p><p>The recruitment and retention of modern foreign languages teachers domestically is a priority. The Department offers a £26,000 tax-free bursary or £28,000 tax-free scholarship for language trainees and funds training in language teaching for teachers wishing to change subject specialism. A student loan reimbursement scheme for language teachers in the local authorities most in need is also available. Academies and free schools are also required to comply with the standards via their funding agreements, with the exception of a proportion founded between 2010 and 2014 that we expect to comply voluntarily. All food served in these schools, including free school meals, must comply with these school food standards.
