answer text <p>During the prolonged period of hot weather in summer 2018, two Supplementary Badger Control licenses were in operation, in West Somerset and West Gloucestershire.</p><p> </p><p>Natural England (NE) was in contact with the two Supplementary Badger Control companies on a regular basis during the period of prolonged hot weather.</p><p> </p><p>To assess the situation on the ground, NE staff have made three field visits to West Somerset and three field visits to West Gloucestershire. The visits found that best practise was being followed to avoid and mitigate against animals being exposed to extreme weather.</p> more like this

answer text <p>While we do not currently collect data on call answering times at local courts and tribunal offices, the HMCTS reform program will, over the next four years, deliver centralised courts and tribunals administration.</p><p>Our Courts and Tribunal Service Centres (CTSCs) will be the first port of call for the public wanting information on their cases – allowing us to answer calls, emails and queries much more quickly and reliably.</p><p>In addition, the HMCTS Contact Centre, based in Loughborough, currently supports telephony for Social Security Child Support, the Immigration and Asylum Chamber, the Employment Tribunal, tax appeals for all areas in England, Wales and Scotland, Money Claims, Family, Civil courts and Divorce across England and Wales.</p><p>Call service level agreements stipulate that 90% of calls should be answered within 90 seconds at the contact centre. Performance statistics are produced weekly and monthly to track and report performance for each of the service lines.</p><p>Calls are monitored for quality management and training purposes and call agents receive their call quality feedback for performance purposes on a regular basis.</p><p> </p>
