There is no reason why bisphosphonates should not be prescribed now for the prevention of secondary breast cancer where prescribers assess they are the right treatment for their patients. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/03/2017 answer text <p>All Health Professionals (HPs) working on the delivery of Personal Independence Payment (PIP) assessments must be either an occupational therapist, level 1 nurse, physiotherapist, paramedic or doctor. They must also be fully registered and have at least two years’ post full-registration experience. In addition to their profession, the Department recognises the importance of ensuring that individuals also have sufficient experience, skills and training to carry out their duties and PIP providers are required to ensure that the HPs carrying out assessments have knowledge of the clinical aspects and likely functional effects of a wide range of health conditions and impairments.</p><p> </p><p>All new assessors complete one month of intensive training in disability analysis which includes a functional evaluation as to how medical conditions and the long-term medical treatment of those conditions affect an individual’s ability to perform day-to-day activities. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/03/2017 answer text <p>The Home Office does not routinely comment on individual immigration cases.</p><p>Currently, unaccompanied children under the age of 18 may be detained only in a limited number of very exceptional circumstances. We will continue to do more, especially to reduce levels of NO<sub>2</sub>.</p><p> </p><p>The Government will set out further measures this year, including consulting on a revised air quality plan on NO<sub>2</sub> by 24 April 2017 and publishing a final plan by 31 July 2017. The plan will set out the measures that will ensure the UK is compliant in the shortest time possible.</p><p> </p><p>In parallel, we are working to implement Clean Air Zones as quickly as possible. We are engaged with the Government of Cameroon and will continue to raise this with them and other key international partners.</p><p>We have called for restraint by all involved, including in the use of force. We have reiterated the obligation to uphold human rights standards and encouraged the use of transparent legal means to address concerns. The Government takes its international responsibilities seriously and will grant protection to those in genuine need.</p><p> </p><p>Each individual assessment of an asylum claim is made against the background of the latest available country of origin information and any relevant caselaw. The country of origin information is based on evidence taken from a range of reliable sources, including reputable media outlets; local, national and international organisations, including human rights organisations; and information from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.</p><p> </p><p>The Home Office’s country of origin information, used in the asylum and other immigration decision making processes, is published on the gov.uk website. It is kept under constant review and updated periodically.
