answer text
We have made no such assessment. There is no reason why bisphosphonates should not be prescribed now for the prevention of secondary breast cancer where prescribers assess they are the right treatment for their patients. National prescribing arrangements allow for bisphosphonates to be prescribed for this indication and, in the absence of National Institute for Health and Care Excellence guidance, decisions about the funding and prescribing of individual treatments should be made by National Health Service commissioners and clinicians based on an assessment of the available evidence.
more like this

They must also be fully registered and have at least two years’ post full-registration experience. Such detention is usually pending alternative care arrangements being made (with relatives or local authority children’s services), would be for the shortest possible time, and would not take place in an immigration removal centre.

The Home Office is committed to protecting unaccompanied asylum seeking children - ending the routine detention of children for immigration purposes and fundamentally changing the system to ensure their welfare is at the heart of every decision we make.
more like this
