Gambling operators that transact with consumers in Britain can operate from multiple locations and may have remote gambling equipment located in more than one jurisdiction. Operators are required to report to the Commission where their equipment is based.</p><p> </p><p>At 1st January 2017 there were 283 operators that held Gambling Commission remote-operating licences. Of these, 79 have remote gambling equipment based in GB only. 59 have no remote gambling equipment in GB. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/02/2017 answer text <p>Between 1 November 2014 and 31 December 2016, there have been<del class="ministerial"> approximately</del> 13 occasions where the Gambling Commission has asked payment providers to prevent payments to online gambling website operators not licensed in the Great Britain but believed to be transacting with consumers in Great Britain.</p><p> </p><p>On 12 of those occasions the payment provider either terminated their relationship with the unlicensed operator or took steps to ensure that the unlicensed gambling website was no longer available to consumers in Great Britain. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/02/2017 answer text <p>For elderly people who are vulnerable or intimidated, the CPS supports them as witnesses to give the best evidence that they can. The CPS does this by applying for special measures to, for example, allow them to give evidence by video link, or behind screens. The CPS can also apply for the use of an intermediary and/or communication aids to assist the witness.</p><p> </p><p>The CPS published a policy statement and guidance on prosecuting crimes against older people in 2009. The CPS has committed to updating both documents during 2017 to take into account the larger numbers of older people in society and changes to the nature of crime, such as on-line fraud targeting. The revised guidance and policy statement will address the support available to older victims of crime. Our High Commissioner continues to raise the issue at the highest levels of Kenyan Government, including with the Ministries of Interior and Foreign Affairs, the Inspector General of Police, and most recently the Laikipia County Governor. He visited Laikipia in December, when he met with British nationals to discuss their concerns.</p><p>The FCO continue to place the safety and security of British nationals at the heart of our activity. This issue was last raised at the United Kingdom/China human rights dialogue on 27 October 2016. The Government supports the establishment of lawful and ethical organ donation and transplantation programmes to address the world-wide shortage of organs for transplant and a range of action to discourage organ trafficking, transplant tourism and commercialism. The UK formally signed the Council of Europe Convention against Trafficking in Human Organs on 25 March 2015 and has laws and protocols in place to ensure well-regulated practice to prevent organ trafficking in the UK.</p><p> </p><p>The Government supports the Declaration of Istanbul, which encourages all countries to draw up legal and professional frameworks to govern organ donation and transplantation activities. It can be accessed at:</p><p><a href="https://www.bhf.org.uk/bp-how-can-we-do-better" target="_blank">https://www.bhf.org.uk/bp-how-can-we-do-better</a></p><p> </p><p>NHS England is a member of the Blood Pressure System Leadership Board, established by Public Health England, to help drive improvements in the prevention, detection and management of high blood pressure.</p><p> </p><p>The NHS Health Check is a national programme that aims to prevent heart disease, stroke, diabetes and kidney disease, and raise awareness of dementia both across the population and within high risk and vulnerable groups. Between April 2013 and September 2016, 4.9 million people have benefitted from a blood pressure check as part of their NHS Health Check.
