Information regarding DNA tests submitted by applicants is not aggregated in national reporting systems. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/11/2016 answer text <p>I refer to my previous answer given on 12 October.</p><p> </p><p>The family of the victims in these cases have the statutory right to request conditions – such as an exclusion zone – for inclusion in an offender’s licence. Families of victims are asked for this information when release on temporary licence (ROTL) is being considered in the first instance.
