answer text <p>DNA testing is not carried out or required for immigration applications. Information regarding DNA tests submitted by applicants is not aggregated in national reporting systems. This information could only be obtained by a manual case by case review to collate the data, which would be disproportionately expensive.</p> more like this

answer text <p>A planned trial of the use of voluntary dental x-rays in the age assessment process did not go ahead in 2012.</p><p>The Home Secretary's oral statement on Calais on 24 October (Column 55) referred to the proper safeguarding, age assessment and security checks we carry out, working closely with local authorities and social workers in the UK, to ensure that the children transferred here are eligible to come and it is in their best interests to do so.</p> more like this

answer text <p>I refer to my previous answer given on 12 October.</p><p> </p><p>The family of the victims in these cases have the statutory right to request conditions – such as an exclusion zone – for inclusion in an offender’s licence. Families of victims are asked for this information when release on temporary licence (ROTL) is being considered in the first instance. They are subsequently informed if a series of ROTLs begins, but are not normally told before each individual ROTL takes place.</p> more like this
