The guidance makes clear that it is for the governing body of a school to decide whether there should be a school uniform policy and if so what that should be. answer text <p>Prisoners’ status under the Incentives and Earned Privileges (IEP) scheme will move during the course of their imprisonment to reflect their pattern of behaviour and engagement with their rehabilitation, so that some may have been on the basic level on multiple occasions in each period, and sentence length and the duration of time spent on basic will vary for each prisoner and each instance.
