answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/12/2015 answer text <br /><p>The Ministry of Defence is absolutely committed to looking after the mental health of our Armed Forces personnel, and through the Defence budget we fund a range of military medical staff and facilities to provide community-based healthcare in line with national best practice. This includes the ability to deploy medical staff on major operations such as those in Iraq and Afghanistan. In the UK, we have 16 permanent military Departments of Community Mental Health, which are located to be convenient for major centres of military population, and which support the provision of healthcare that is available through GPs in Service primary care facilities. The requirement for small arms to achieve defined levels of reliability is set prior to procurement and tested prior to purchase. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/12/2015 answer text <p>Sport makes a huge contribution to the UK economy, attracting participants and visitors from the UK and abroad.</p><p>The value of sport and physical activity tothe UK economy is estimated at around £40 billion each year, or nearly 3% of UKGross Value Added.Sport related consumer spending was worth around £30 billion in 2012 - over £1 billion of this comes from spending on spectator sports.</p><br /><p>Visit Britain's study on Football Tourism found that total spending by international visitors who attended a football match was £684 million in 2014. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/12/2015 answer text <p>The Flood Forecasting Centre – jointly operated by the Environment Agency and Met Office – combines world class science, knowledge and experience on meteorology and hydrology to forecast flood risk. The daily assessment of risk enables extra time for emergency responders to prepare.</p><br /><p>The Government has recently announced funding for a £97m supercomputer that will cement the UK’s position as a world leader in weather and climate prediction. In addition to this, the Environment Agency operates a flood forecasting and warning service for over 3000 local communities at risk from both rivers and the sea. Advice is provided by phone and text to over 1.1m home and business owners when their property is at risk.</p><br /><p>Further investment to improve timely and accurate information to the public is underway. The Libyan Political Agreement announced at Skhirat in October is the only basis for peace and security in Libya, and only a Government of National Accord can begin the difficult work of establishing effective, legitimate governance, restoring stability and tackling the threat posed by Daesh. The Rome Conference co-chaired by Italy, the US, and the UN on 13 December will be an opportunity to demonstrate the determination of the international community on the way forward. These groups pose a threat to the stability of Libya and the region, and potentially to the UK and our interests and citizens overseas. We are working closely with international partners to deepen our understanding of Daesh’s presence in Libya, including in Sirte, and to develop a comprehensive approach to defeat it. This includes working closely with Libya’s neighbours to enhance their ability to protect themselves from terrorists in Libya.
