answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/06/2015 answer text <p>I very much welcome publication of the Lambeth Declaration 2015 on climate change and would like to thank the Bishop of Salisbury, Nick Holtam, for his work in securing it.</p><p>Faith communities have a strong track record of bringing about real and lasting change at every level of society so we welcome this significant intervention on climate change and urge all faiths to work together in the lead up to Paris Climate Summit and beyond.</p><p>We all have a responsibility to learn how to live and develop sustainably in a world of finite resources. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/06/2015 answer text <p>The Department has taken a series of ongoing steps to raise awareness among travellers in the European Economic Area (EEA) about the importance of carrying with them both a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) and a valid travel insurance policy to cover private medical care or other additional costs.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The Department works closely with the Foreign Office to ensure key messages get onto social media platforms targeting customers in the United Kingdom looking to travel.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>In conjunction with the Foreign Office, campaigns have also been carried out within Europe to target holiday makers already abroad, especially Spain where approximately 12 million British nationals visit each year.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Videos to raise awareness on the EHIC have been created by the Department and the European Commission and distributed on websites such as the Post Office, gov.uk and YouTube.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>In addition, we have and will again encourage students coming from EEA countries for the new academic year to bring their EHIC with them, and use it when accessing NHS health care.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>There is also extensive information on the NHS Choices website about the EHIC scheme.</p><p> </p> answering member constituency North East Bedfordshire answering member printed Alistair Burt question first answered 23/06/2015 13:16:28 answering member 1201 label Biography information for Alistair Burt

In May this year we worked with the Association of British Insurers to create a new ‘checklist’ to help travellers choose the right insurance policy for their needs, which we communicated through social media and our network of industry partners.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The Government is determined that insurers should treat customers fairly and firms are required to do so under Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules.
