The last report was published on the 13 October 2014 and is available online along with all previous reports submitted<sup><sup>[1]</sup></sup>.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>This report shows the outstanding loan principle is £3,226,960,000, with repayments due in tranches from 15 April 2019, until the 26 March 2021.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Ireland continues to make interest payments. The technology must meet the safety requirements set out in Commission Regulation (EU) No 1141/2011 and Council Recommendation 1999/519/EU for the protection of the health of workers and the general public. Manufacturers must ensure their Security Scanner equipment conform to these standards and that they also comply with requirements for electromagnetic compatibility to ensure they do not interfere with other electronic devices. This is conducted by independent third parties. To be used in UK airports Security Scanner must additionally comply with security performance standards as defined in UK regulations. Compliance with the security requirements is conducted by the European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC) before being approved by the Department for Transport for operational use. As the Conservative Party’s Northern Ireland Manifesto for the General Election states:</p><p>“This provides that Northern Ireland’s internal arrangements are for the parties here and the United Kingdom Government alone to decide. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/03/2015 answer text <p>As Leader of the House, I have a particular responsibility to encourage departments to be punctual in answering written questions, but the content of each answer is a matter for the minister concerned. All Ministers are accountable to the House for those answers. That direct accountability is important: that is why Ministers in this House must provide personally signed answers to members.</p><p> </p><p>To inform Ministers in answering questions put to them, the Ministerial Code says that “It is of paramount importance that Ministers give accurate and truthful information to Parliament”. It also makes clear that “Ministers should be as open as possible with Parliament and the public, refusing to provide information only when disclosure would not be in the public interest”.
