answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/01/2015 answer text <p /> <p>Calls to claim benefit by telephone are free as the Department uses 0800 free phone numbers for these lines. The use of 0845 numbers were inherited from previous Government and this Department has since introduced 0345 numbers, but will retain the 0845 prefixes for the time being given it can still cost less to call these numbers from some operators’ packages.</p><p> </p><p>Any charges that apply to these calls will be set by the customer’s telephone or mobile operator. Charge variations will occur due to operator packages and individual price plans. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/01/2015 answer text <p /> <p>The Foreign and Commonwealth Office have shared a model prisoner transfer agreement with the Indonesian authorities. question text	To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what assessment he has made of the quality and availability of practical and emotional support services for cancer patients receiving chemotherapy.

answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/01/2015 answer text <p>The 2014 Cancer Patient Experience Survey reported that 93% of cancer patients surveyed who were being treated with radiotherapy and or chemotherapy received emotional support.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The survey also reported that the majority of cancer patients who took part in the survey said they received advice on practical matters such as availability of support groups (83%) and free prescriptions (78%). Just over half of patients surveyed reported receiving advice on financial help and benefits. NHS England recognises there may be opportunities for improvement in this area.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Living With and Beyond Cancer, a new joint initiative between NHS England and Macmillan Cancer Care, is currently in development.
