answer text <p> </p><p>In July 2013, we announced a package of reforms to the Bus Service Operator Grant (BSOG) system following consultation. At this time, we announced that the BSOG incentives would be maintained until 2014 when we would review the remaining parts of the bus subsidy system. We expect all concerned to act in accordance with international law and take all feasible precautions to avoid civilian casualties when conducting operations. There is a need for effective action, and for Yemeni ownership of the fight against terrorism.
