On 30 March 2014, we published our Nuisance Calls Action Plan, which sets out proposals including legislation that will enable Ofcom to share information more easily with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and we will also be consulting on lowering the legal threshold, to enable the ICO to issue more monetary penalties to organisations that break the rules. These reforms will ensure that there is a focus on identifying the individual needs and aspirations of children and young people with the full involvement of their families. The Act requires joint planning and commissioning of services across education, health and social care, so that these needs can be et more effectively.</p><p>The National Autistic Society acknowledges that pathological demand avoidance is increasingly becoming recognised as part of the autism spectrum. The Department for Education continues to fund the Autism Education Trust to provide training to early years, school and further education staff on autism. Indeed many of the changes have been a spur to innovation in the support available to Members. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/03/2014 answer text <p>The Department for Education has not conducted any assessment of the number of state-funded schools where religious items or clothing form part of the uniform policy for pupils or staff.</p><p>It is for the governing body of each school to decide whether pupils should wear a uniform, and if so, what that should be. We do, however, expect schools to have full regard to their responsibilities under equalities law, and to act sensibly, fairly and flexibly in the interests of all their students in setting their school uniform policy.</p><p>Any dress code for school staff is an issue for the employer, whether that is the governing body or the local authority.
