Friend, the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, holds regular discussions with Cabinet colleagues on the work to improve accident and emergency (A&amp;E) waiting times, including at health stocktakes.</p><p>The Government’s aim is to make it easier for people to access a range of urgent care services and avoid needing to make unnecessary visits to A&amp;E departments. Decisions will be taken on a case-by-case basis and nobody will be removed if it is unsafe for them.</p><p>We will thoroughly consider the circumstances of cases involving families with children according to our policy, statutory and international obligations. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/07/2023 answer text <p>As set out in the Home Office’s Inadmissibility guidance, an asylum claimant may be eligible for removal to Rwanda if their claim is inadmissible under this policy and (a) that claimant’s journey to the UK can be described as having been dangerous and (b) was made on or after 1 January 2022. A dangerous journey is one able or likely to cause harm or injury. This would therefore not include those who have arrived in the UK through safe and legal routes of entry.</p><p>A case-by-case assessment will take place for every individual considered for relocation. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/07/2023 answer text <p>While we are disappointed with the Court of Appeal’s ruling in relation to deficiencies in Rwanda’s asylum system that risk returning people inappropriately when they have a need for protection, we have been granted permission to appeal this judgement to the Supreme Court.</p><p>We continue to bring forward alternative accommodation options to reduce hotel use. Last year we provided £156 million in humanitarian assistance across East Africa, including food assistance. The right to be forgotten is not absolute and organisations may refuse a request where they need to retain it, for example to comply with a legal obligation or for reasons of public interest in the area of public health. The UK’s legislation on the right to be forgotten is identical to the legislation which applies in EU countries under the EU GDPR. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/06/2023 answer text <p>National Highways is committed to reporting its litter performance annually to the Department and to the Highways Monitor as part of the second Road Investment Strategy performance specification.</p><p> </p><p>National Highways reports the percentage of the Strategic Road Network which is predominately free of litter, refuse or detritus apart from some small items, in line with the Code of practice on litter and refuse published by Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. For 2021/22 National Highways reported that 60.8% of its network met the above definition, this was an improvement from 49.2% reported for 2020/21. The performance for 2022/23 will be published later this summer.</p><p> </p><p>The performance specification does not cover verge maintenance specifically. The proportion of eggs that come from caged hens has steadily decreased from 47% of total throughput in Q4 2017, to 21% in Q1 2023.</p><p> </p><p>We will continue to work with retailers and producers to ensure we maintain and enhance the high standards of animal health and welfare we have in this country, including on our farms. The Government has committed to publishing the plan shortly and this will include projections for the number of doctors, nurses and other professionals that will be needed in five, 10- and 15-years’ time, taking full account of improvements in retention and productivity. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/05/2023 answer text <p>To deliver National Health Service primary care services, a dental practitioner must be registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) and listed on the Dental Performers List (DPL) of the country in which they wish to practise. The England DPL is held by NHS England, each of the Devolved Governments has its own Performers List, held by an equivalent organisation.</p><p>In March 2023, we introduced legislation that allows the GDC greater flexibility to expand the registration routes for international applicants and improve its international registration processes. The GDC, as an independent regulator, has identified the ways it considers these processes can best be improved and is working to implement those changes over the next 12 months.</p><p>We have also introduced changes to support overseas dentists to start working in the NHS in England.
