answer text <p>The further submissions process provides a mechanism to consider additional evidence provided after an asylum claim has been refused and appeal rights are exhausted, and before a failed asylum seeker has left the UK.</p><p>So, there is no minimum time period which must have elapsed before a further submission can be made.</p> more like this
