answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/10/2018 answer text <p>Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, National Health Service organisations must, as far as is reasonably practical, ensure that everyone on the premises are safe in a fire situation. Therefore, they must consider the ban on combustible cladding as part of the regular fire risk assessments they carry out on their estate when they have new developments or refurbishment. This will include whether it applies to all walls irrespective of height.</p><p> </p><p>As part of the NHS response to the Grenfell tragedy a review of cladding used on NHS properties was undertaken and 10 were identified with buildings that used Aluminium Composite Material. Mitigation actions were immediately implemented, with the agreement of the Fire and Rescue Services, with plans being put in place for its removal and replacement. We are seeking participation in the European Chemical Agency, accepting its rules including the REACH Regulation and contributing to its costs.</p><p>As part of this, we would be seeking to secure access to relevant IT systems and data. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/10/2018 answer text <p>The Government’s no-deal European Union exit contingency planning covers the entire United Kingdom and has been developed in partnership with the devolved administrations and local National Health Service colleagues. The Department will continue to work closely with colleagues in the devolved administrations towards achieving our objective of ensuring a seamless supply to patients throughout the UK should we leave the EU without a deal next March, to ensure a UK-wide, cross-Government approach to our planning.</p><p> </p><p>Earlier this year, the Department undertook an analysis using Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency and European Medicines Agency data on the supply chain for all medicines. This identified those products coming to the UK from or via the EU or wider EEA countries. We wrote to pharmaceutical companies on 23 August setting out our contingency planning and our aim of ensuring continuity of medicines supple for patients across the UK. We have received very good engagement from the industry in response to our letters. A further round of applications to Step Up to Social Work will launch in February next year with up to 700 participants starting training in January 2020. The department is also currently procuring provision of fast-track social work education in 2020 and 2021 following the successful Frontline programme. Separately, the government supports proposals for a new graduate apprenticeship which will provide a route into social work for a broader range of people. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/10/2018 answer text <p>Checking your National Insurance record regularly is very important and the Government has designed services and supporting communications to make this as easy for people as possible. Our online service, Check your State Pension (CySP), is key in supporting the communication campaign. This service provides a State Pension forecast (based on the individual’s current National Insurance record and an assumption that future years count towards their State Pension), and the earliest date the individual can get their State Pension. Users can look at their National Insurance record, where they will also find out how many qualifying years they have and any gaps in their contributions.</p><p> </p><p>The Department has carried out a comprehensive communication campaign to bring the new State Pension and the role of people’s National Insurance records to people’s attention. This has been through advertisements in newspapers, on social media and on radio stations across the country as well as working through Stakeholders to raise public awareness of the changes. There is also a significant package of on-line information about the State Pension at <a href="http://www.gov.uk" target="_blank">www.gov.uk</a>.</p><p> </p><p>Between April 2000 and the end of April 2018, the Department provided more than 22 million personalised State Pension statements to people who requested them (either online or by telephone or post, and based on both old and new State Pension rules).
