<p>We have made no such assessment. The supply of special medicinal products is regulated in the United Kingdom by the Human Medicines Regulations 2012. In addition, in England, NHS dispensing by pharmacies is regulated by the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical and Local Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2013.</p>
