The Department’s Behaviour and Discipline in Schools statutory guidance, which applies to governing bodies sets out that police should always be informed where behaviour is of a criminal nature or poses a serious threat to a member of the public. KCSIE is statutory guidance to which schools must have regard when carrying out their duties to safeguard and promote the welfare of children. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/10/2017 answer text <p>We have announced that we will launch a 12 week consultation, before the end of this year, on increasing rates of organ donation, including a new “opt out” system of consent for England. The consultation will seek views on:</p><p> </p><p>- How to increase rates of organ donation, particularly from Black, Asian, and minority ethnic communities;</p><p>- How the issue of consent should be managed within the National Health Service;</p><p>- How technology could help people to discuss their preferences with family; and</p><p>- How opt out could work in practice, the safeguards needed and how families could be supported.</p><p> </p><p>The major religions in the United Kingdom support the idea of organ donation and transplantation. A fixed 15-year long-stop is not in the interests of consumers as it could limit the protection available on long-term investment products, where consumers may not realise they have a cause for complaint for more than 15 years. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/10/2017 answer text <p>We are committed to the full implementation of the Iran nuclear deal – the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action – by all parties. Iran is in compliance with its nuclear-related commitments, as confirmed by the 31 August report of the International Atomic Energy Agency. UN Security Council Resolution 2231 calls upon Iran not to undertake any activity related to ballistic missiles designed to be capable of delivering nuclear weapons. Since July 2015, Iran has carried out a number of ballistic missile tests and has launched a space launch vehicle using such technology. This activity is not a breach of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action. But it is inconsistent with UN Security Council Resolution 2231 and we have written to the UN Secretary General with France, Germany and the US to express our concern. We call upon Iran to refrain from such activity.</p><p>We condemn North Korea's illegal nuclear and ballistic missile programmes. We are monitoring its programme developments, as the Foreign Secretary alluded to during his remarks to Parliament on 5 September. The assessment of any links between Iran and North Korea is sensitive information. It is for the cathedral chapters and church incumbents to decide how best to meet their financial obligations, such as running costs and repairs, and in the case of the most popular, to manage their visitor numbers.</p><p> </p><p>However, only nine out of the 42 Church of England cathedrals, and very few churches, charge for entry. All churches and cathedrals which charge for entry give free access to those attending services and for private prayer, and some give free entry on Sundays and at other times.
