answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/10/2014 answer text <p>Under Cabinet Office protocols for managing staff surpluses, all HMRC staff leaving under compulsory redundancy (CR) terms have first been offered and declined voluntary redundancy (VR) terms. This court has been unoccupied and unused since January 2014.
