This is important to the proper functioning of the economy. Many of the underlying causes of providers restricting credit insurance cover, wider economic uncertainty and sectoral trends, are outside Government control.</p><p> </p><p>Government is clear that it wants all businesses to thrive now and in the future, and will continue close monitoring of the market and affected sectors. Government is determined to make the UK one of the best places in the world to start and grow a business, and has announced multiple measures to support enterprise. If we leave the EU without a deal, the UK would cease to have access to the EU’s law enforcement tools on exit.</p><p>In respect of a possible no deal scenario, the Home Office has been working with operational partners to put in place contingency arrangements to transition our cooperation with EU Member States to non-EU channels. We continue to work closely with operational partners to maintain readiness for a range of possible exit scenarios in October, including no deal. We are aware that Yasir Arman has been deported to South Sudan. We urge restraint and condemn any acts of violence. The UK also calls for the legitimate demands of Sudanese people to be respected. Violence must not be used, including against opponents. Sudanese people should not be faced with the threat of arbitrary detention. We continue to call upon the Sudanese authorities that all detainees should be treated in accordance with international standards. Our Ambassador in Khartoum made clear to the Deputy Chair of the Transitional Military Committee, on April 15, the steps that needed to be taken to improve the situation in Sudan, including the release of all political detainees. There have been 1,384 deaths. However, actual numbers are likely to be higher given ongoing difficulty in undertaking response activities and the high proportion of community deaths. A number of factors are contributing to the spread of the virus, ranging from insecurity and access challenges, to community mistrust.</p><p>The Minister for Africa recently announced new UK aid funding to the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) to support their work during this response. IFRC’s appeal includes safe and dignified burials and preparedness in provinces adjacent to the affected areas. Our financial support to the WHO, other UN partners and the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) covers the whole range of response activities, including safe and dignified burials, infection prevention and control, community engagement and accountability, psychosocial support – particularly to survivors, and broader health systems strengthening. The Secretary of State for International Development has approved the deployment of UK-funded experts into the UN system to help boost these activities. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/06/2019 answer text <p>The Rural Payments Agency has paid all CS 2017 eligible claims bar those held for legal reasons such as probate. On CS 2018, 95% of eligible claimants received an advance payment by early April; 30% of eligible claims have received their final payment and we expect to pay 95% of eligible claims by August 2019.</p><p> </p><p>On ES, around 92% of 2017 eligible claims have now received a payment and we are on track to complete 95% by the end of July 2019.
