This is why we have committed to setting a new long term target for PM<sub>2.5 </sub>in our Clean Air Strategy, in addition to meeting our 2020 and 2030 emissions ceilings under the EU National Emission Ceilings Directive. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/05/2019 answer text <p>Guidance regarding the NHS-funded Nursing Care rate and a care home resident’s overall care fees, can be found in the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS-funded Nursing Care.</p><p>This makes clear that the care home provider should set an overall fee level for the provision of care and accommodation, which should include any registered nursing care provided by them. If an individual is eligible for NHS-funded Nursing Care the clinical commissioning group will pay the NHS-funded Nursing Care rate direct to the care home, unless there is an agreement in place for this to be paid via a third party (e.g. a local authority). answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/05/2019 answer text <p>The UK was the first country to introduce long-term, legally binding emission reduction targets through the Climate Change Act 2008, which set a 2050 target to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by at least 80% relative to 1990 levels. The Act also introduced carbon budgets which cap emissions over successive 5-year periods and must be set 12 years in advance.</p><p> </p><p>The UK carbon budgets already set in legislation are among the most stringent in the world. The level of each Carbon Budget is set out in the table below. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/04/2019 answer text <p>The Government published the Resources and Waste Strategy last year, setting out our plans to reduce, reuse and recycle more plastic than we do now. Our target is to eliminate all avoidable plastic waste throughout the life of the 25 Year Environment Plan, but for the most problematic plastics we are going faster.</p><p> </p><p>The 5p charge on plastic bags has reduced their use significantly and we have now consulted on increasing this charge and extending it to all retailers. We have also imposed a ban on microbeads in rinse-off personal care products and have consulted on banning plastic straws, stirrers and cotton buds.</p><p> </p><p>We are currently consulting on extending producer responsibility for packaging, so that producers will be responsible for the full costs of managing packaging waste. We are also exploring the introduction of a deposit return scheme for drinks containers and increasing consistency in the recycling system.
