either of them resides or is on the church electoral roll, or any parish where either
was baptised, prepared for confirmation, or had formerly lived or worshipped. They
also qualify if the parents of either of them have lived in the parish of that church,
or have worshipped there, or the parents or grandparents of either of them were married
