answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/03/2023 answer text <p>The department does not have an overall assessment of economic activity for those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), and those without. We do have multiple sources of data on the activity of young people of all backgrounds.</p><p>The average median annualised earnings for learners who completed a further education course in the 2019/20 academic year and were recorded as having a learning difficulty or disability was £18,140 in the first full tax year after completion. This is slightly below the average for learners with no learning difficulty which is £20,620.</p><p>The department knows that not in education, employment or training (NEET) rates are higher for those with a disability. Recent estimates from the Office for National Statistics show that disabled 16 to 24 years olds are approximately three times more likely to be NEET compared to non-disabled 16 to 24 year olds in the UK.</p><p>The department acknowledges that this is not good enough, which is why on 2 March 2023 we published the SEND and Alternative Provision (AP) Improvement plan in response to the green paper published in March 2022. This outlines the government’s mission for the SEND and AP system to fulfil children’s potential, build parental trust and provide financial sustainability. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/03/2022 answer text <p>No estimate has been made of the number of different owners of dental practices nor of the average cost of purchase of dental practices.</p><p>Any person who provides regulated activity in England must be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). In order to obtain a registration with the CQC, a dental practice is assessed against the CQC’s registration assessment framework to assess if applicants will provide services that are safe, effective, caring, responsive to people’s needs and well-led. As part of the registration process, checks are made on Directors listed in the application and any individuals nominated by the provider company to be held legally responsible for carrying on the regulated activities applied for. If a practice cannot meet the standards set out within the framework, the CQC will refuse the application. Our Embassy in Tel Aviv and our Consulate General in Jerusalem are closely following developments on both the Church Lands Bill and the Jerusalem Municipality Tax. We welcome the Israeli Government’s announcement that the draft legislation and tax collecting activities will be suspended to allow dialogue to take place, and the commitment given to maintaining freedom of religion. In working towards a peaceful Sudan, progress towards a stable economy is required for long-term stability. However, we are clear that the current conflicts and the poor human rights situation will remain an obstacle to a sizeable increase in interest from British companies.
