answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/04/2020 answer text <p>As of 3rd April, professional membership organisations that receive at least 50% of their income from trading activity and that otherwise meet the scheme eligibility criteria can access the Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme (CBILS).</p><p> </p><p>CBILS supports small and medium-sized businesses with access to working capital (including loans, overdrafts, invoice finance and asset finance) of up to £5 million and for up to six years. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/11/2017 answer text <p>The findings of the 2017 Heritage at Risk survey indicate that, since figures were first collated in 2010, the number of the 8000+ conservation areas in England considered to be ‘at risk’ has declined from 549 to 512. Historic England is looking to build on these improvements by working with local authorities and other partners to target grant aid through its Partnership Scheme in Conservation Areas programme, and by investing in ten Heritage Action Zones. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) advised strongly against this visit, both for security reasons and because such visits can become tools of the Asad regime's propaganda.</p><p>The FCO's analysis – based on reports from the FCO network and a wide range of credible independent sources – is that the Asad regime is responsible for widespread atrocities against the Syrian people.
