answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/11/2017 answer text <p>The Food Standards Agency has advised that there are no restrictions remaining on grazing in upland areas of England and Wales as a consequence of the Chernobyl nuclear accident. Between 1986 and 2012 restrictions and routine monitoring of sheep in certain upland areas of the UK were in place to protect food safety. As stated in the guidance (section 5.3.5) the requested information on nationality is as declared by the parent or guardian. The parent or guardian may decline to provide this information to the school without consequences. Although the number of claims has increased, the profile of Eritrean asylum claims seen by the Home Office has not changed significantly. Our Ambassador regularly monitors events in Eritrea and works closely with the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, through whom we receive monthly updates on migration. We also support multilateral initiatives to tackle illegal migration such as the African Union-EU Khartoum process.
